½ Day Excursions:Your day begins at 10:00am, where we will meet up to go to the Malaga central .jpg) market where I will educate you
on the culinary customs of Malaga and where we will buy all the fresh products for our cookery demonstrations.
Depending on the size of the group, we will then go either to a local Restaurant or to a private house where we will start the cooking.
In the class we will prepare a full three course meal. We will then eat what we have prepared accompanied by plenty of local wines. A day of great fun with plenty to learn.
It is best for you to speak personally with Sergio to determine your interests and level of instruction.

PRIVATE COOKERY DEMONSTRATION IN YOUR OWN HOUSE
If you enjoy a skilful cookery class in your own house, a demonstration in which, if you wish it, you will be able to participate in the cooking action!
This sort of activity is very popular among groups of friends, companies, etc. It is a cookery class organised in the house of the client. The class includes the participation of the clients in the preparation of plates and the supper. The appetizer is made between all the assistants. After the appetizer we will explain with a demonstration how to prepare the supper and the tricks and secrets to obtain the finished product. In this part the collaboration is voluntary, that is to say, those that very are interested
can cook with us.
Different menus and the drinks are available to choose from. The minimum of group is of 4 people and the maximum of 10.
